PROJECT: New Build Housing for the Private Rental Sector

SUMMARY: This project was to complete a large scale re-development at Kempton Drive and Portobello Way in Warwick on the banks of the River Avon, the final 2 phases of which were abandoned before the recession back in 2008.

Engie (Keepmoat Regeneration then) were appointed to build out this project for Clarion Housing Group, and Triangle were appointed by them to carry out architectural services from planning to completion.

The project consists of varying size apartment blocks, from 2-6 storey in height, using timber frame construction (Stewart Milne Timber Systems). Housing mix ranges from 1 bed apartments to 3 storey, 3 bed town houses, comprising a total of 162 units over the 2 phases.
