PROJECT: 2 Phase Housing Development

SUMMARY: Phase 1 development of 16 houses for outright sale, containing a mix of three, four, five and six bedroom dwellings. Phase 2 development of 19 eco-friendly, five-bedroom properties for Oldham Council, providing affordable accommodation for families in the borough.

SERVICES: Lead Designer from inception to project completion on 2 D&B Contracts, as part of a public/private partnership with Engie/Oldham Council. Provided architectural services through RIBA Stages 0-7. Community/stakeholder consultation with local community and pre-planning engagement with Oldham Council.
