SUMMARY: 14 apartments on a very tight urban site, adjoining a listed building in a Conservation Area. Most apartments have private balconies and there are 2 penthouses on the top floor.
The design provides a distinctly contemporary foil to the adjoining listed building – which it nevertheless respects in terms of key levels, proportions and some materials.
SERVICES: Full architectural services for Irwell Valley Housing Association from inception to planning approval. All construction drawings for the contractor at post-contract stage.
