SUMMARY: Eleven 2 bedroom bungalows to Lifetime Homes Standards on a brownfield site close to the local village centre. All dwellings have generous living and bedroom sizes and can accommodate and store wheelchairs/buggies. Bathrooms have dual access and are designed to provide tracked access from the adjoining main bedroom. All have secure, in-curtilage car parking and private gardens to the rear and the site layout was designed to accommodate an existing public footpath connection to the village centre.
SERVICES: Full architectural services from inception to planning consent for GPHG. All construction drawings for the contractor at post-contract stage.
