SUMMARY: New build 11No. 2-bedroom apartments for the over 55's in Kirkohlt for Rochdale Boroughwide Housing. Designed to a create a unique and distinctive corner development in Kirkholt that enhances the street scene and uses the existing site topography to maximise the number of units achievable on the site. The development has been designed to meet the need for high-quality homes for older people in the local area, with all rooms accessible by wheelchair and ambulant disabled users, dedicated parking and level access including an internal lift.   The development has been constructed with the use of a fabric first approach and to exceed target rates.

SERVICES: Full architectural services for Rochdale Boroughwide Housing, from inception to completion. All construction drawings for the contractor at post-contract stage.

 Pre-planning work by Triangle also included options appraisals, masterplanning and extensive community consultation.
