Richmond Park was named as a Finalist for Regeneration Scheme of the Year at the Top 60 Development Awards 2015. The winners were announced at a ceremony in London on 16th October.
The scheme, commissioned by Great Places Housing Group, has completely transformed an outdated housing estate in Sheffield with new homes and extensive remodelling of the public realm.
The Top 60 Developments, organised by Inside Housing, celebrate success and innovation in delivering new homes and highlights achievement in ten key category areas. The category winners will be unveiled at a ceremony on Friday 16 October.
