Silbury Boulevard progressing on site

 Our 6-storey, 139 unit apartment scheme on Silbury Boulevard in Milton Keynes is progressing well on site for The High Street Group and Grainger. 

John St, Warrington gets £40m Investment

Construction of our residential scheme at John Street, Warrington is to get underway this month after a £40m forward funding deal was agreed with Cording Real Estate Group.

The scheme, for High Street Residential, is in the heart of the Stadium Quarter regeneration area in Warrington. It will provide 362 one and two-bed apartments and is due for completion in early 2021.

Charlie Miller, Director of Residential Acquisitions at Cording, said "The site's location opposite the train station and within walking distance to Warrington's town centre, is very attractive for future residents and commuters to Liverpool and Manchester".

Planning Permission granted for Kirkholt Health Centre

Kirkholt Health Centre has recently been granted planning permission.

The scheme comprises a new 6000 patient capacity medical practice to replace the existing facility.

Liverpool Street, Salford submitted for Planning

Triangle has submitted a planning application for a new build residential block of 125 apartments on Liverpool Street in Salford, for United Living and The High Street Group. Our proposals represent a high quality development which will complement the changing character of this area of Salford and contribute successfully to its wider regeneration and creation of a new community.

Sale Almshouses handed over

Triangle has completed and handed over 5 bungalows that have been refurbished for the Edward Mayes Trust.

These existing properties have been transformed to create light and open living environments.

Leamington Waterfront Development Progress

Phase 1 of the Leamington Waterfront development in Warwick is progressing well, with Phase 2 already underway.

New Armitage Construction HQ opens with rave reviews!

Last week Armitage Construction's newly refurbished HQ in Ancoats had its grand opening. Our design which saw the conversion a former derelict electricity sub-station and two terraced houses in Jersey Street, and guests were hugely impressed by the development.
