Planning Permission granted for John Street scheme in Warrington

On behalf of the High Street Group and Tolent Construction the scheme will comprise a mix of 362 one, two and three bedroom apartments for private rental on the site of a former tannery adjacent to Warrington Central Station.

This will include a mix of apartments and upper level 2-storey duplexes along with commercial spaces, a rooftop sky lounge/garden and a multi-storey car park.
